1. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

At Metin2-Won, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason and to request a refund.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email to contact@metin2-won.com or by post). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though its use is not mandatory:

3. Return of Goods

In the event of a withdrawal, you are required to return the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The goods must be in unused condition and in the same state in which you received them, including the original packaging, if applicable.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery

  • Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if you agreed to the start of performance before the withdrawal period expired and acknowledged that doing so forfeits your right of withdrawal
