1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all business relationships between the operator of the website Metin2-Won and its customers, in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. Deviating terms from the customer are not recognized unless the operator explicitly agrees to them.
2. Contract Conclusion
The contract between the customer and Metin2-Won is concluded when the customer places an order and Metin2-Won accepts it. The customer places an order by filling out and submitting the order form provided on the website. Metin2-Won accepts the order by confirming it via email or by fulfilling the order.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on the website are final prices and include statutory VAT, where applicable. Any applicable shipping costs are charged separately and displayed during the order process.
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods specified on the website. The customer agrees to make all payments on time as agreed.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Metin2-Won reserves the right to make partial deliveries, provided they are reasonable for the customer.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are communicated to the customer during the ordering process.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a third party designated by them takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Metin2-Won of their decision to withdraw from the contract via a clear statement (e.g., by email or postal mail).
In the event of a withdrawal, the customer must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days from the day on which they notified Metin2-Won of the withdrawal.
6. Warranty
Statutory warranty regulations apply. Metin2-Won is not liable for damages resulting from improper use or natural wear and tear.
7. Liability
Metin2-Won is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. For simple negligence, Metin2-Won is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages under the contract.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Metin2-Won’s privacy policy.
9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Metin2-Won reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. The amended T&Cs will be communicated to the customer via email. They are deemed accepted unless the customer objects within 14 days of receiving the notice.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of Metin2-Won, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
